Currently under renovations, online booking will be live once renovations are completed!
Excited to announce the launch of arc therapy! First 100 initial appointments will receive a small gift as a token of appreciation! :)
Direct Billing
Our RMT’s do not direct bill WorkSafe/WCB claims. Patients with an open WorkSafe/WCB claim will be required to pay for their appointment in full. We will provide you with a receipt so that you can submit it manually.
Telus eClaims does not support direct billing for secondary insurance. If your secondary coverage is through Telus eClaims, we’ll provide you with a receipt that you’ll need to submit manually to your secondary insurance provider. See Telus eClaims providers here.
First Visit
Please bring a piece of photo ID and your insurance card for billing purposes. There may be unforeseen circumstances related to your insurance coverage where we must collect the full payment for your visit.
Canceling or Rescheduling Your Appointment
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a late cancellation fee. This allows us enough time to reach out to patients who have been seeking treatment but have been unable to book an appointment to fill the spot. Any late cancellation/no show charges will be processed through your credit card on file and can’t be covered by insurance. No-Shows (no communication received by the clinic via email, text, or phone call prior to your appointment) are subject to the full cost of your appointment.
Please note that we do not have reception. If we are unable to get to the phone, please leave us a message or email us at info@arctherapy.ca and we will get back you to as soon as possible!

Massage Therapy
Massage therapists use hands-on techniques to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. They address various issues, from stress relief to injury recovery, and provide guidance on posture and self-care to support lasting wellness.
TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) Therapy
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) therapy is a specialized form of treatment aimed at addressing issues related to the temporomandibular joint, which connects your jawbone to your skull. TMJ disorders can cause a variety of symptoms, including jaw pain, difficulty chewing, clicking or popping noises when moving the jaw, headaches, and even neck and shoulder pain.
TMJ therapy typically involves a combination of techniques to alleviate pain, improve jaw function, and address underlying issues contributing to TMJ dysfunction.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps people improve movement and reduce pain by addressing issues with muscles, joints, and nerves. Through exercises, manual therapy, and education, physiotherapists treat injuries, manage chronic conditions, and support overall physical health and recovery.
Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) or Dry Needling
Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) or Dry Needling is a therapeutic technique used to treat chronic pain and muscle tension. It involves the insertion of very fine, sterile needles into tight or painful muscles or trigger points, which are areas of hyperirritability in the muscles that can cause referred pain and muscle dysfunction.
The needles used in IMS are similar to acupuncture needles, but the technique differs in that it targets specific muscles and trigger points rather than traditional acupuncture points. The goal of IMS is to stimulate the muscle and trigger a healing response, which can help alleviate pain and improve muscle function.
Chiropractic
Chiropractors enhance the function of nerves, muscles, and joints through a variety of techniques, including chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, myofascial release therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and personalized exercises and rehabilitation programs.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is based on the idea that energy (or "qi") flows through meridian pathways in the body. Each meridian is uniquely connected to a certain organ within the body. When this flow is blocked or imbalanced, it can lead to pain and chronic health issues. By inserting needles at specific points, acupuncturists aim to unblock or balance this energy making it a holistic approach to health and wellness. Acupuncture techniques are not limited to needling, a licensed acupuncturist can develop a customized treatment plan which may include: fire cupping, gua sha, electro-stimulation (with needling), tui na, and moxibustion.
Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the study of how our bodies move, science-based approach that addresses physical and functional health, from enhancing sports performance to supporting daily living and chronic condition management.
